Gottman Approach
While I am not formally trained in the Gottman Method, I often provide Gottman psychoeducation in sessions to promote effective communication, healthy bonding, rebuilding of trust and renewal within connections. The Gottman Institute found with about 94% accuracy which couples stay together and why.
